Angenieux EZ-2 FF 22-60mm T3 Zoom Lens

The Angenieux EZ-2 FF 22 to 60mm T3 is a lightweight full-frame cine zoom from Angenieux's Type EZ series. It sits between stills zooms and the Optimo family used in feature production.

The EZ series uses Interchangeable Rear Optics, or IRO, so the rear lens group can be swapped between Super 35 and full-frame or VistaVision formats. This is the full-frame rear group version, covering a 46mm image diagonal, and it keeps the compact size and handling Angenieux is known for.

With the full-frame rear group fitted it is a 22 to 60mm T3 (f/2.8) with coverage up to 46mm diagonal. With the Super 35 rear group it becomes a 15 to 40mm T2 (f/1.9) covering up to 30mm diagonal. The front diameter is 114mm and the lens weighs about 2.1kg. The EZ-1 covers the longer range. It suits handheld, gimbal and Steadicam work.
