The DJI Ronin 4D 8K combines a full-frame 8K cinema camera, a 4-axis stabiliser, LiDAR focus and a wireless video transmitter in one body. A single operator can get smooth, sharp tracking shots that would normally need a gimbal tech and a focus puller.

The Zenmuse X9-8K camera records 8K at up to 60fps (75fps at 2.39:1) and 4K at up to 120fps, in ProRes RAW, ProRes or H.264. It has dual native ISO of 800 and 4000, over 14 stops of dynamic range and DJI's colour science. A built-in nine stop ND wheel covers bright exteriors without extra filters.

The active Z-axis removes the vertical bounce of walking and running, and the LiDAR range finder gives accurate autofocus or assisted manual focus, even in low light. Recording is to DJI PROSSD or CFexpress Type B. The DL mount is native, with L, M, E and PL available through adapters. This kit is supplied with the E mount unit, focus motor, high-bright monitors and transmitter.
