The LiteGear LiteMat Plus 4 is a flat, bendable bi-colour LED soft panel measuring 21 by 40 inches, the largest of the LiteMat Plus range. It gives you a big wrapping source for window rigs, overhead soaks and two-shot keys without a separate diffusion frame.
The head is only about 23mm thick and flexible enough to follow a curved surface, so it can be taped to a wall, slipped into a set window or rigged flat above a table. The LEDs run cool, which lets you work close to faces and products without heating the scene. Dimming and colour temperature are handled by the LiteDimmer Plus Duo, locally, over DMX or wirelessly.
Colour temperature runs from 2600K to 6200K at CRI and TLCI of 95 or better. The panel draws 200W at 24VDC and weighs about 2.8kg, light enough to hang from a lollipop or combo stand. Output is around 858 lux at 3 metres at both 3200K and 5600K, and the wide beam wraps well on faces and tabletop work.

Our kit is the DMX (LiteDimmer Plus Duo) version. The head's part number, LM-PLUS-FOUR-HY-MAT, marks it as the Hybrid tungsten–daylight variant, not the wider-gamut Spectrum (RGBW) line — flagging this since the two are easy to confuse and the manufacturer page for this SKU doesn't say "Hybrid" outright, only the part number does.
