The ARRI FF-4 Studio Follow Focus is an industry-standard, dual-sided follow focus built for precise lens control. It is used on film and broadcast sets and works on 15mm and 19mm rods.

The FF-4 has a 1:2 knob-to-gear ratio, so small hand movements turn into accurate, repeatable focus pulls. Its modular design takes ARRI's whips, speed cranks and knob accessories, and the marking disk lets a puller write marks for each setup. It is a robust unit made for daily use on a studio camera.

The unit slides onto 15mm LWS rods, with an adapter for 19mm rods. The drive gear is 0.8 MOD, the standard for cinema lenses. The basic unit weighs about 670 grams. It pairs with any lens that has a geared focus ring, and with a lens support rod set on a standard studio camera build. It is a straightforward, reliable studio follow focus.
