Atlas Mercury 1.5x Anamorphic Prime Set (PL)

The Atlas Mercury 1.5x Anamorphic Prime Set is a set of full-frame anamorphic primes in PL mount, with a 1.5x squeeze. They combine a vintage geometric look and warm tones with modern optical performance.

The 1.5x squeeze gives a gentler anamorphic look than a 2x lens and uses the full-frame sensor without heavy cropping. The lenses show a golden flare when a light hits the glass, oval bokeh and a vintage character, while staying sharp, with low chromatic aberration and good close focus.

Coverage is full frame, with an image circle of 36.7 x 25.54mm, and most focal lengths are T2.2. The lenses have a 95mm front diameter and 0.8 gears, so they swap easily on a matte box or follow focus. They are about half the size and weight of most professional anamorphic lenses. The set suits drama, commercials and music videos.
