Lomo 2x Anamorphic Lens Set

The Lomo 2x Anamorphic Lens Set is a set of classic Russian roundfront anamorphics with a 2x squeeze. They give oval bokeh, gentle barrel distortion and long horizontal flares unlike modern anamorphic lenses.

This set has Arma Cine Orbital non-rotating fronts, so the flare stays where you put it as you pull focus, rather than turning with the front element. The look is vintage and uneven in the best way, and it works well for period pieces, music videos and drama that benefits from character.

The set has five lenses from 35mm T2.5 to 150mm T4.2, all PL mount with a 114mm front diameter and Super 35 coverage. The 2x squeeze turns a standard Super 35 sensor image into a wide anamorphic frame. Focus rotation is a generous 330 degrees, which allows fine focus pulls. They suit period work, music videos and drama.
