Bright Tangerine Misfit Kick Clip-On Matte Box

The Bright Tangerine Misfit Kick is a light, versatile matte box that either clips onto the lens or mounts on rods. It is built for all types of filming, from handheld to a full camera build. The kit includes everything for a complete working matte box.

The Kick is made from aluminium and carbon fibre, so it stays light enough for gimbals and handheld work and tough enough for a heavier rig. It switches between clip-on and rod mounting, so one box covers a camera package that changes from day to day. Spring-loaded trays make filter swaps quick. The top and side flags give more control over flare.

This kit has the Misfit Kick with three 4x5.65 filter trays, a carbon fibre top flag and side flags. Add a clamp adapter to suit your lens, and the box covers lens barrels from 80mm to 143mm. The trays also take 4x4 filters, so you can use almost any common cinema filter size. The box stays compact and the trays are quick to change on set.
