Tokina Cinema Vista T1.5 Primes

The Tokina Cinema Vista set is a range of fast T1.5 primes from 18mm to 135mm, covering Vista Vision and large-format sensors. They are known for sharpness and an organic, natural rendering.

The lenses share a 114mm front diameter, a 112mm filter thread and matched gear positions, so changing lenses does not mean rebuilding the matte box or moving the follow focus. A 300 degree focus rotation gives long throws for precise pulls, and the nine-blade iris keeps highlights smooth.

Every lens in the range opens to T1.5, with image circles of 51.7 to 55mm, enough for Vista Vision and large-format sensors. Close focus is about 1ft 6in on the 18mm and 1ft 2in on the 25mm, increasing to about 4ft 7in on the 135mm. They are substantial lenses, from about 1.9kg to 2.7kg, so allow for the weight in your support.
