Atomos Shogun Monitor (7 Inch)

The Atomos Shogun 7 is a 7 inch HDR monitor and recorder made for film and television production. It works as a stand-alone field monitor or as a shared reference for the focus puller, DP and grip team.

The 1920x1200 panel reaches 3000 nits with a 360-zone backlight and displays a 15-stop dynamic range. HDR monitoring, analysis tools and scopes let a crew check how footage will look, and it records in Apple ProRes RAW, ProRes, CinemaDNG and Avid DNx without tying you to one format or camera brand.

It takes HDMI and 12G-SDI inputs, with four SDI inputs (two 12G, two 3G) and two 12G-SDI outputs. Recording goes to 2.5 inch SSDs, up to DCI 4K at 60p and 2K at 240p for slow motion. It suits cinema cameras that need an external recorder and a bright screen in one unit. It works with a wide range of cameras.
