Aputure F10 Fresnel

The Aputure F10 Fresnel is a 10 inch Bowens-mount glass Fresnel attachment that gives LED heads the look of a traditional tungsten 5K or 2500W HMI. It delivers punchy, controllable hard light with a subtle softness at the edge.

The 250mm lens is real glass, and a dual-lens design uses a condenser lens to refocus light from a flat-chip COB LED onto the front Fresnel element. That increases the fixture's illuminance and keeps the beam even. It gives hard light for dramatic key lighting, sunlight effects and strong shadow edges, with a beam you can spot and flood.

The beam angle varies from 15 to 45 degrees, and the unit weighs about 3.85kg. Used with the LS 600d Pro at 15 degrees it outputs more than 29,300 lux at 3 metres. It fits Bowens-mount heads such as the LS 600d Pro, 300d II and 300x. Mount it on a sturdy stand and keep the fixture supported, because the glass adds weight.
