Matthews Road Rags II Flag Set

The Matthews Road Rags II is a portable set of folding 24 x 36 inch frames and fabrics for shaping light on location. It lets you quickly copy studio-style control with small portable lights.

Each frame folds flat, and a single scrim, double scrim, artificial silk or black flag slides over an open frame. That lets you cut, soften or reduce a light in seconds, and the frames can be stacked to build up a combination. It works with a stand and grip head, or can be held, and packs into a slim carry bag.

The Road Rags II uses the same fabrics as the original Road Rags but in the larger 24 x 36 inch size, which is better suited to a bigger light or a wider face. The bag measures around 27-1/2 x 10 x 1 inches when packed. The frames are small enough that they need a clamp or small stand rather than overhead rigging.
